Helping pangolins in Ghana

Helping pangolins in Ghana

Very excited to share this new logo created for a dedicated pangolin educational conservation team working in Ghana. I am really proud to be supporting this grassroots education project, to be launched soon. We look forward to sharing news as work with local communities and primary schools in Ghana develops. The new logo reflects the colours of the Ghana 🇬🇭 flag with the pangolin reaching out for hope towards the star. Huge thanks to Jessie Dix working for bwa.design for creating this ❤️ fabulous design that will become a symbol of hope as the team work alongside other NGOs campaigning to protect pangolins in Ghana.

Pangolins are the most trafficked animals in the world and I hope to weave their stories into more of my books to help raise awareness of their tragic plight, alongside their stories from forests where they play such an important role.

The educational publisher, Pearsons very kindly and enthusiastically agreed to send a box of my book The Boy and the Pangolin to this local community to share in schools and the local library.

My other books including the pangolin’s tale include Red Alert! 15 animals fighting to survive and Eco Warrior Pocket Manual featured below).
